iPlexus Error 97 - Supervising Provider Error

Provider First or Last Name is not blank then
Supervising Provider ID must be valid and Supervising
Provider ID Qualifier must be
in a list of valid values

Solution:

Please remove your supervising provider information by going to

Lists > Billing Providers > Modify

Click the SUPERVISING PROVIDER tab.

Click on the field PROVIDER.

Hit the ENTER key to make that field blank.

Remove the TAX ID and UPIN numbers and click the SAVE button.
